Newly Licensed Agents

Our Mentor Program is designed to help newly licensed real estate agents make their mark on the industry. Paired with an experienced mentor, they learn the importance of business planning, effective database management, and marketing strategies. The focus is always on individual growth with guidance.

RE/MAX University:  An online educational platform consisting of 70+ designations and certification courses and over 1,000 training videos. These tutuorials range from recorded to webinars to quick 2 minute how-to's on specific topics. 

Learn to Earn: Quarterly courses taught by our regional trainer, focusing on marketing your business using various best practice strategies and available technologies.

Tuesdays @2 with Sue:  Personalized, small-group, hands-on classes with Susan Hogan, our Operations Manager, and other members of our staff, focusing on specific topics and easily implementable tools. 

Business Builder and Momentum Series: Curated webinar series in the spring and fall to help agents hone their skills, learn new technologies, and maximize the current market. 

Take Flight: A two-day intensive course designed for newly licensed and new-to-RE/MAX REALTORS. This course introduces agents to all of the tools and software needed to succeed in the real estate industry.
